SME specialist Paragon continues to support growth of agricultural sector

With the uncertainties of Brexit still on the horizon, specialist lender Paragon is continuing its support of the agricultural sector and encouraging businesses to stay one step ahead.

By equipping themselves now with essentials and machinery, from combine harvesters to biomass boilers, Paragon believes that farmers can gain some reassurance before any subsidies and EU funding end.

Ian Smith, Business Development Manager - Commercial Finance at Paragon, said: “We continue to aim to help farmers and business owners prepare for any changes that may occur, primarily due to Brexit.

Preparing now by leasing or purchasing agriculture equipment allows business owners to guard against any unexpected events in the coming year, as well as maintaining cash flow.

Specialist lender, Paragon will once again be attending LAMMA, the UK’s leading farm machinery, equipment and services show at Birmingham NEC in January. The commercial finance specialists will be offering advice on how firms can strengthen and grow their businesses ahead of the coming year.

Paragon’s experienced team, specialising in agriculture, has 40 years combined expert knowledge in the complexities of the sector.

Paragon, who won ‘Best Commercial Lender’ at the 2019 Lending Awards, supports businesses in funding new and used agricultural equipment through a variety of flexible finance options, including seasonal payment plans.

Paragon will be at stand 8-9.102 at LAMMA 2020.
