Paragon launches new buy-to-let intermediary portal

  • Paragon launches a new intermediary portal, with extra features and a fresh design
  • New features include enhanced product search, pre-application illustrations and real-time case tracking
  • The portal has received its full launch following a live test phase with select intermediaries

Paragon has launched a new intermediary portal, with additional features to make it even easier for buy-to-let mortgage intermediaries to make and manage applications online.

The new portal, built from scratch and incorporating features requested by intermediaries, provides enhanced product search, with new pre-application mortgage illustrations, and added real-time case tracking. Intermediaries can also view all their Paragon buy-to-let applications in one place, upload and manage documents, and share cases with team members.

The portal offers a better user experience and all-new visuals, so intermediaries will find it easier to view breakdowns at each stage of the application process.

Paragon tested the portal with a group of intermediaries in the weeks before its full launch to ensure the portal was fully functional and refined, based on their feedback.

John Heron, Managing Director of Mortgages at Paragon, said:

We work tirelessly to ensure dealing with Paragon is always as simple and easy as possible. This new version of our buy-to-let intermediary portal demonstrates our commitment to continuously improving and providing the best possible user experience.

The features we’ve added and the new design are all as a result of feedback from active intermediaries, so we’re confident this new portal is a huge step in the right direction. And we’re thrilled with the early feedback.

It’s important our intermediaries are able to search, apply and track cases in once place, in real-time, quickly and easily, from any device. The features we’ve added to the new intermediary portal are all designed to make that process even slicker.
