Exercise classes

Yoga, Pilates and Zumba classes are available free of charge at some of our biggest offices to help employees build and maintain their physical fitness.

Fresh fruit boxes

A healthy diet is an important constituent of overall wellbeing and each location receives a fresh fruit delivery each week to get employees into the habit of healthy snacking.

Mental health awareness training

We offer mental health awareness training to managers and team leaders from across Paragon to help them understand how to encourage good mental health within their teams, as well as identify and support employees who may need help.

Emotional Wellbeing Support Team

Our team of carefully selected volunteers from across the business are on hand to talk to employees who are going through difficult times and signpost them towards organisations that can help. Each volunteer has received specialist training from Mental Health England and the support they provide is completely confidential.


All employees can download the NHS-approved Thrive app free of charge and access a range of confidential tools to support their mental health, including relaxation techniques, a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy programme and one-to-one coaching.

Employee assistance programme

All employees can reach out for confidential help and advice on a range of health, legal and financial matters using our free, Employee Assistance Programme.

Financial awareness seminars

In conjunction with AON, our pension plan administrator, we offer employees a range of financial awareness workshops to help them make more informed financial decisions at different stages of their life.

In addition to these high profile wellbeing programmes, we also support employees with flu vaccinations, a second medical opinion service, an optional corporate health cash plan and a tax efficient opportunity to purchase a bike for travel to work, through the Cycle to Work scheme.
