Arundel Gate Finance has secured £30m of funding from Paragon Bank, including a £12 million revolving loan facility, to assist in the development of 90 high-quality residential homes in Arundel.

Yorkshire-based housebuilder Newett Homes has secured a £5.45 million revolving loan facility from Paragon Bank to support its newbuild development in Emley, Huddersfield.

Lodge Park has secured a £9.6 million finance facility from Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division for its St Edmund’s Place development in Buckinghamshire.

Ambassador Living has secured a £9.5 million finance facility from Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division for the completion of its Wallace Park project in Wallyford, East Lothian.

Elevate Property Group has secured an £11.9 million finance facility from Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division for the development of The Silk Yard, a 258-strong apartment scheme in Derby.

Chase New Homes has secured a £26 million finance package from Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division to support its 170-unit housing scheme in Saffron Walden, Essex. 

Horsnall Holdings has completed the construction of The Wharf, a 55-unit scheme in Waterside Village, Loughborough, with support from funding from Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division.

Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division has provided a £7.4m finance package to support the development of 34 apartments by The PG Group in Redcross Mews, Bristol.
