The safety, health and wellbeing of our employees, our customers and our partners is our key priority. We are following Government and Public Health England guidance, maintaining our service to customers, whilst protecting our people.

Measures taken include implementing home working for those able to do so, social distancing for the limited number of employees who remain in the office and a full restriction on travel. We have also increased cleaning across our locations, installed hand sanitiser on all desks, meeting rooms and reception areas, restricted external access to our sites and launched internal communications campaigns to encourage a razor-sharp focus on hygiene.

We understand and appreciate the impact coronavirus could have on our customers. We have a full range of tools available to support our customers experiencing financial difficulty and our key focus is always to support people and businesses through periods of financial stress. We always encourage customers who are experiencing difficulties to contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the support that is available to them.
