Paragon’s Private Rented Sector Trends (PRS) Trends report is quarterly update on a range of metrics related to the UK’s privately rented housing market.

In collaboration with research agency BVA BDRC, we work with the National Residential Landlords Association to survey hundreds of landlords, providing insight on aspects such as the typical size, value and income generation potential of portfolios, tenant demand and rent arrears. PRS Trends also takes a forward view of the market, looking at the future plans of landlords, such as whether they intend to buy or sell properties.

Through gaining an understanding of these trends and behaviours, we improve the products and services we are able to offer our customers, supporting them to provide affordable and flexible housing that meets the needs of millions of people across the UK.
